INVAP of Argentina will build nuclear medicine centers in Bolivia


On February 14, the Argentine company specializing in nuclear technology, INVAP, signed a contract with the Bolivian Nuclear Energy Agency (ABEN) for the construction of three comprehensive nuclear medicine centers. According to the director of the Bolivian agency, Hortensia Jimenez, the construction of these facilities will require the training of Bolivian medical professionals in diagnosis and treatment of nuclear medicine, in addition to the management and interpretation of images.
